2. Data collected
When you access the website, technically necessary data is recorded (IP address, browser type, time of access, language locale, user agent).
When you use the analysis tool, the data you enter is processed: product or business idea, target country, selected time period, selected language.
For paid orders, the following additional data is collected:
- Email address
- Order timestamp
- Selected package and price
- IP address and user agent at the time of order
- Wording of the confirmed mandatory notices (consent logging)
- Order ID, analysis ID, access token
- Payment session ID from the payment provider
Payment data (credit card details, account information) is processed exclusively by the payment provider. AW Media does not receive or store any payment method information.
3. Purpose of processing
- Providing the analysis function
- Ensuring technical operation
- Creation and delivery of analysis reports
- Processing of payments via the payment provider
- Generation and delivery of invoices
- Documentation of contract confirmation and consents (consent logging)
- Responding to support requests
4. Legal basis
- Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract) for order processing, analysis creation and delivery
- Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR (legal obligation) for tax and commercial retention as well as documentation of consumer information
- Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for secure technical operation and prevention of misuse
5. Retention period
- Server log files are deleted no later than after 30 days
- Inputs and generated analyses are stored for a maximum of 12 months to enable recovery access
- Consent logs (confirmation of mandatory notices) are retained for at least 3 years (statute of limitations)
- Invoice and tax-relevant data are retained for 10 years in accordance with Polish tax and commercial law
6. Sharing with third parties and processors
Your data is shared only with the following service providers, to the extent necessary for service provision:
- Netcup GmbH (Germany) – website hosting
- Supabase Inc. – database and storage of order and consent data
- Anthropic PBC (USA) – AI model for analysis creation
- Tavily (USA) – research API for analysis
- Resend – email delivery (order confirmation, access link, invoice)
- Lemon Squeezy / Lemon Squeezy LLC – payment processing, order confirmation, invoicing, tax calculation, fraud prevention and payment-related records. Payment data such as credit card details are not stored by check3000 — they are processed by Lemon Squeezy or its payment processors.
Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all processors.
7. Transfer to third countries
When using Anthropic and Tavily, data is transferred to the USA. The providers are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) or provide Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) as appropriate safeguards. Transfer takes place only to the extent necessary to provide the ordered service.
Depending on its place of business and the specific processing, Lemon Squeezy may also process data outside the EU. The applicable legal safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions) as well as further details on the processing are described in Lemon Squeezy's privacy information.
8. Cookies
check3000 uses exclusively technically necessary cookies required for the operation of the website. No tracking, analytics or advertising cookies are used.
