Withdrawal Policy
As of: maio de 2026
check3000.com provides individually generated digital content and digital services without a physical data carrier. This includes AI-supported analysis reports generated after the customer submits an idea, product, target market and time horizon.
The following information applies to consumers within the meaning of applicable consumer protection law.
1. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
2. Digital content and digital services
check3000 analyses are generated individually after the order. Once the digital analysis has been fully generated and provided, it cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.
Scope, level of detail, number of sources and report length depend on the publicly available data relating to the submitted idea, industry, region and selected time horizon. No specific page count, number of sources, economic development, financing suitability or business success is guaranteed.
3. Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For digital content or digital services supplied without a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with Art. 16 (m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the corresponding Polish consumer protection provisions, if the customer:
- has expressly consented that performance of the contract begins before the end of the withdrawal period, and
- has confirmed knowledge that, by giving this consent, the right of withdrawal is lost once performance of the contract begins.
This express consent is obtained before every paid order through a separate checkbox in the order process. The checkbox is not pre-selected. Without active confirmation, no order is concluded.
The customer receives confirmation of this consent and of the contract terms immediately after conclusion of the contract by email to the email address provided during the order process.
4. No loss of right of withdrawal by merely visiting the website
Merely visiting the website, viewing the pricing page or using the free preview does not result in expiry of the right of withdrawal.
The relevant consent is requested exclusively before placing a paid order.
5. Not applicable to the free demo
The free preview (demo) is not a paid service. No paid contract is concluded, therefore no right of withdrawal arises.
6. Consequences of withdrawal (where withdrawal is still possible)
If the customer effectively withdraws before the right of withdrawal has expired and before the digital analysis has been fully provided, any payments already made will be refunded without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the withdrawal notice is received.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment originally used for the transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
